SMSSL is operating with an internally designed management structure. Headed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the senior management coordinates its program, takes care of the implementation of that and carry out the day-to-day management of the organizational affairs. The organizational structure is fairly decentralized with responsibility for day-to-day management delegated to the CEO and the team. SMSSL has got a head quarter office located in Cuttack city besides having two branch offices. It has also got six key units including finance, administration, lending operation, micro insurance & pension, social and development and internal audit departments |
